Water Bill Due Date Extended to Sept. 25

We understand some customers have experienced delays in receiving their water and sewer bill, so we are extending this month’s due date from Sept. 18 to Sept. 25. Residents can view and pay their bill by accessing their BS&A Online account anytime.

Payments can also be made 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, with a 1-2 p.m. daily closure, at City Hall, 3338 Coolidge Hwy. For convenience, a payment drop box is located outside of City Hall.

You can also go paperless billing by signing up here. Paperless billing will begin in late fall. Residents who sign up now will still receive their water bills in the mail until the rollout date.
