A WINTER/ICE STORM WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT:
The latest National Weather Service alerts for our region are under hazardous weather conditions:
- Ice Storm Warning in effect from February 22, 12:00 PM EST until February 23, 04:00 AM EST

BUILDING CLOSURE UPDATES:
Our departments would like to share the following updates for the safety of staff and the community for TODAY (2/22/23):
- The Library will be closed at 12 PM. All evening programs and events have been canceled.
- City Hall will be closed at 1 PM.
- The Community Center will be closed after camp ends at 1 PM. All evening programs and events have been canceled.
- Public Safety will continue to provide 24-hour operations and support to the community.
- Public Works office will be closed at 1 PM. However, crews are out salting the roads and prepping for the evening storms. As a reminder, we kindly ask residents not to place their trash cans in the street. They prevent Public Works (DPW) from properly plowing the streets and they can be damaged by the snowplows.
