Bedient Construction, Inc., will begin utility installations on the south side of Oxford Road, near Phillips Avenue, for the proposed three (3) home development, adjacent to Oxford Park.
Construction will occur on both sides of Oxford Road between Oakshire Avenue and Bacon Avenue, including the intersection of Phillips Avenue. This section of Oxford Road will be closed to traffic during construction. The sidewalk on both the north and south side of Oxford Road will each be closed at various stages of the project. Detour signs will be posted in advance of the closures.
Please see the traffic detour plan on the back of this flyer. The utility construction is anticipated to be completed by the mid-August 2021, weather permitting. The project includes the extension and replacement of water main and sanitary sewers, new sanitary house leads and water services, manholes and appurtenances and the associated removal and replacement of pavement, curbs, driveway approaches, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and lawn restoration of all disturbed areas in the City rights-of-way, as needed.
Once the utility work is complete, construction of three (3) new homes on the property will commence; however, the start date is yet to be determined.
Please obey posted traffic and directional signs and exercise caution around the construction site. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated during this time.
