The
Berkley City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of
each month at 7:00 pm at City Hall. Exceptions to this schedule
are the months of June through September when Council meetings
are held only on the 3rd Monday of the month.
Council
may amend this schedule by:
Canceling a regularly scheduled meeting
whenever such meeting falls on a holiday, or
Scheduling additional meetings (Budget
Work Sessions, Special Meetings or Special Work Sessions)
as necessary
Meetings
are open to the public and are televised live on Berkley’s
Channel 53 (WBRK). At the beginning of every meeting there
is a “Citizens Comments” section where residents
have an opportunity to speak to Council on items not on
the Agenda. During the meeting as Agenda items are discussed
residents will be invited to comment.

The City of Berkley will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary
aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired
and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at
the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting
upon four working days
