The maintenance of our underground infrastructure is very important to us. In regard to our water system, our responsibilities include water mains, gate valves, hydrants, services from the water main to the property line, stop box shut off valves and the water meter system.
Our sewer system responsibilities include the cleaning of the main sewer system and the storm drains annually. Capital Improvement program include the lining of the interior of our main sewer system using a cured in place pipe methodology (C.I.P.P.). Building sewers in Berkley are the responsibility of the owner from the building to the main sewer, including the Wye tap connection. |
