What the Treasurer's Office Does
The Treasurer's office is responsible for:
- Collecting taxes, water bills, permit fees
- Receiving and
reporting
revenues collected by other departments and the 45A District
Court
The goal of the Treasurer’s Office
is to provide pleasant, prompt, and efficient service. Office hours are Monday through Friday,
8:30 am. to 5:00 pm.

David L. Sabuda holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Detroit and is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Michigan.
Mr. Sabuda has over twenty-two years of governmental accounting and auditing experience on the state, county and local government levels. This work experience includes being a Finance Director/Treasurer for over sixteen years with three local units of government.
David is a current member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and is a on-ice youth hockey official.
