Ellwood Avenue Watergate Repairs Happening Tomorrow

Public Works (DPW) will be performing a watergate repair at the intersection of Webster Rd and Ellwood Ave starting tomorrow morning, July 7, 2020, at 4 AM.

Service disruptions should be limited to residents on Ellwood Ave between 12 Mile and Webster Rd. All services should be restored by 8 AM. Notices will be hand-delivered to residents in the affected area.

Please Note: Residents in the area and in the surrounding areas may experience discolored water after the repairs have been made. There is no boil advisory.

UPDATE 7/7/2020: Public Works was able to complete the valve replacement and all services have been restored. Hydrant flushing will continue for the next hour or so.
