City of Berkley Launches New Mobile App

The new City of Berkley mobile app is now available on a tablet or mobile device near you!  The redesigned app offers residents the opportunity to keep up with city events and happenings as well as connect with city officials through the Public Service Request Center.

By simply filling out a form in the Public Service Request Center, residents can report non-emergency concerns related to street maintenance, trash collection and property maintenance right from their phone or tablet.

“I am excited to launch our new app not only as a convenient communication tool but as a step toward smarter government as well.  With more than 15,000 residents reporting their concerns and ways to improve our community, we can make better decisions on how to allocate our limited resources and gain a better return on our investments into vital city services”, said City Manager Matt Baumgarten.

To download and explore the new app, simply search “City of Berkley” in the Google Play or Apple Store.
