Notice is hereby given, that there will be a public meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 7:05 p.m. or as near thereto as the matter may be reached. The electronic meeting shall be held in compliance with Executive Order 2020-154.

Mark Zimmerman, Zimmerman Designs Inc., on behalf of Vibe Credit Union, is requesting two (2) variances at 3082 Coolidge Hwy, Parcel #25-17-107-029 for reduction in numerical parking requirements and installation of an additional sign facing Coolidge Hwy.

- (3) Banks, financial institutions require one parking space per 200 sq. ft. of usable floor area, plus three per teller station plus eight stacking spaces for the first drive-in window and six stacking spaces per each additional window plus two per automatic teller machine (ATM). Applicant is proposing improvements to the parking lot area that will reduce existing parking for the use.
- (a) One sign permit shall be required for each sign with street frontage. The proposed pylon sign would be the second sign to face Coolidge Hwy.
